Now would be a great time to start planning future projects for your home. I know this is something that I am doing and something that I have been doing for a short time now.

I walk through the house and write things down in a notebook, just little ideas of what can be done and where to either make a space more useful or just to liven it up with some upgrades.

Of course my plans have changed a bit, but mostly I know exactly what I want to get done around the house as soon as possible.

We have also purchased alot of various things which we have stored in the garage to make these changes possible because right now there are some great deals at the lumber yards and places such as Lowes and 84 Lumber.

We watch the prices of the things that we are in need of or are wanting so that when they do drop down, we will be able to grab them up and add to the amount we are saving on these projects for the house.

So far we have enough to completely do the kitchen which is seriously outdated as well as our bedroom and the basement. These three rooms in our home are in serious need of work. Dont get me wrong they arent in horrible condition, but with a bit of work they would be so very much better which is what we are going for this summer.

So even if your not able to afford the things your wanting to do to your home it never hurts to start planning for the future. If you have a space in your home that you just dont know what to really do with I suggest that you look online to get some really great ideas of what to do. This has helped me a great deal with my plans.
