Default Cher's Hawaiian Paradise Up for Auction

I guess Cher, the famous singer/actress is going to auction her house in Hawaii. The property is expected to bring in between $8 and $12 million dollars.

Cher never actually lived in this house. She bought the land back in 2004 and the construction on the house was just completed.

Seven buildings in total make up what is being auctioned. That includes the main residence, five guest houses and a media bungalow.

The house is being sold fully furnished.

What I can't understand is why anyone would want a place this size. I know if they can afford it they have maids and all, but, to much of a good thing is to much..LOL

It is beautiful, inside and out. But I dont think I would be comfortable in a house that I would be afraid to move around in.

I like simple, easy living. And actually, I dont think I would want a maid. It just seems like too much.

Though if she let me stay there for a month every year, I sure wouldnt say no.

Heres an update on the property.

It sold at auction. The property was purchased $8.7 million dollars. Thats definitely on the low side of their previous estimate of $8-$12 million.

The house was sold fully furnished.

I haven't been able to find out who did purchase the property but as soon as I do I will let ya'll know!

WOW!!! Sold with all the furnishings? That is one beautiful place. Looks like they got a great deal. I just do not see what anyone would want with a place that huge. Even if I could afford it, I would never buy anything that big. But to each to his or her own I guess..
