Default What your home inspector should be looking for

I recommend that everyone buying a home gets a goon Home Inspector to check out everything befor you sign on the dotted line. My daughter had a inspector to come and check out the house she wanted to buy only to find out it was going to cost her $20,000 to fix all that need fixed after she bought the home because the home sellers refused to get the work done pryer to selling.
