The Heat Is On!!

What is going on around here. It seems that we went from ice and snow to rain and high winds straight to very high heat!!

I imagine that just about everyone by now has gotten their air conditioners installed, the fans running and the pool cleaned and ready to use to help deal with it.

I can't believe how hot it has been. Its like we have skipped that happy medium in between. At least that is the way it has been in Ohio.

There are still several things that I need to get done outside, but it just has been to hot to really get out there and get those things done.

I sure feel sorry for anyone who has to work on roofs and stuff like that because they seem to get the worst of it being up there on a roof for hours on end.

How are you all dealing with this heat? I try to make sure that windows are opened up at night to get the house cooled off and then during the day when the heat is the worst to close it up pretty much to help keep the cool air inside. I don't wanna run the air conditioning to much but it looks like I may have to start using them soon!!
