Default Strategize for a Successful Flip

Planning is the essential key for a successful house flip no matter how big or how small, how experienced you are or lack of experience. It all boils down to preparedness and planning.

Start out by figuring out how much you house you can afford to flip. This figure should include all known costs, fees, renovations, contractors and extra for the unexpected.

Next you need to begin your hunt. Stay within your above figures.

Interview contractors and get several bids before you hire any one.

Any work that you can do yourself will save you a lot of money.

Once all of the renovations are complete add the final touches such as rugs, decor and so on.

Finally you are ready to put that house on the market and host an open house.

This all sounds fairly easy but actually going through the motions is a lot harder.
