After reading some of other members posts in this forum I decided to join and ask for advice. I’m a trying to best value home to flip in the market or a land to develop to a small shopping market complex. The information out there is over whelming places to lock realtors to choose from contractors to assess the building costsor if the pricelisted is the good value for the property. My concern how to know a good realtor or contractor from bad one what should I look for to obtain best quality and low prices? I have the capital and want to go into real estate or land development but I don’t know where to start can anyone give directions

As to what realtor to choose - use the one in the area who does the most local business. Also make sure s/he has been in the business for over 5 years.

As to townhouse versus condo - depends on where it is. If the area has mostly younger people or retired people, I would go for a condo. If there are families in that area, I would go townhouse.

I wouldn't hire a contractor but an inspector. Again, see how long he has done business in that local area.
