Default Man Foreclosed On Bank

This morning I was watching a show and had an interview with a Florida man who actually foreclosed on the bank!!!

Now that is something you don't hear about every day. I guess the bank had wrongfully forclosed on his home and after winning his case in court and not recieving the money he was supposed to he took more action and forclosed on the bank!!

Now if only more people would have done something like this!!! There were to many people who lost their homes because of bullshit. If they would have been able to do something like this, then I would imagine that things would be much different right now in this country.

I am glad this man foreclosed on the bank. This is at least one bank who knows what it feels like. The bank that was foreclosed on was Bank Of America. I really do wish that more people would have been able to save their homes. Things have been a huge mess for quite a while now so hopefully soon it turns around.

Now that people know that they can do something like this, banks and homeowners are going to look at things a bit differently from now on because the people know that forclosing on a bank is in fact possible and banks are going to be thinking that we can't let this happen to us, what else can we do instead.

Maybe this will spread wide enough to get things changed and finally get the ball rolling on getting this straightened out for this country FINALLY!!

It is about time someone stands up to the banks, banks make mistakes, but claim they never do.

Well I am thinking now that someone has finally took action against the bank like this man did, then possibly more people are going to follow suit and do the same thing.

Then maybe the banks are going to finally begin to do things the proper way and watch what they are doing. I have read about many people who were wrongly foreclosed on and forced out of their homes.

Maybe we will be seeing more homeowners forclose on banks because of their mistakes.

The whole foreclosure thing was something that really threw a wrench in the works. Not only did people lose their homes, the people who did the foreclosures got rewarded for foreclosing on these homes. To accept a gift at someones elses expense is just wrong. And something should be done to the people who did the foreclosures (the foreclosures that shouldnt havent happened), they should not be allowed to get away scot free.

And now loans for purchases of homes are even harder to get.

The dishonesty of the lenders, the banks, and the mortgage lenders falls back on all of us. They do anything they want whether its right or wrong and we are the ones that pay for it.

Your right, they should not be allowed to get away with what they have done to people.

Many families lost their homes, pets, friends, belongings and more because of wrongful foreclosures. Though who is going to do something about it. It seems like the government is protecting all of them instead of the people!!

I know that some homes needed to be foreclosed on, but not all of them. I would love to see something done to them. They are criminals and deserved to pay the penalty.

All those foreclosures caused the entire economy to fail. It wasn't the only reason but a big part of it.

I am so glad that this man took a stand for himself and really for everyone who had their homes ripped from them without just cause. Now maybe others will see that there is something they can do. They can fight.
