Default Llc

Dear Users,
I'm new in the business and considering forming an LLC with Legal Zoom to save some cash.
Does anybody have or know where I can gate a sample LLC for flipping homes in order to get all the wording in order?

Arturo

Welcome to New House Flip Arturo. We are glad you have joined us.

Now in answer to your question, give me a little time to get hold of one of our resident real estate experts here at NHF and I am sure that they will have the answer to your question.

I do apologize, I was so busy I forgot to contact our experts but do assure you that I am doing that right now.

Again, my apologies.

This is a legal question and we don't have lawyers on board.

Far as I know, LLC are all the same. But, don't take my word for it.

For those of you that dont know what an LLC is, the following is a definition from Wikipedia:

Quote:
A limited liability company (LLC) is a flexible form of enterprise that blends elements of partnership and corporate structures. It is a legal form of company that provides limited liability to its owners in the vast majority of United States jurisdictions. LLCs do not need to be organized for profit.

Dear Users,
I don't need no legal advice, all I want is the "wording" for the appropriate part of LLC paperwork which I will do through Legal Zoom.
