House Flipping Seminars

Have any of you here gone to any of the house flipping seminars that go on? I have not and to be honest, I haven't heard anything good about them. I've heard that they cost a lot of money to go to and they aren't worth a penny. The information they provide could be found anywhere on the internet for free.

Basically I have heard that they are scams.

They promise that after you take the seminar you will be able to get out of debt because you will be flipping houses in no time at all and making a ton of dough.

I imagine that there are some good seminars out there.

I know one thing... anything that promises that you will make a ton of money in no time at all and with little effort is a bunch of BS!
