Home sales tough in West Michigan

This isn't really news to those of us who live in michigan.
I have seen homes locally that have been for sale for years.
The homes just aren't selling and its sad.

For nine months, Sally Fuller has tried to sell her home. She and her husband have had no offers, and have dropped the price three times. Her husband's stroke prompted their decision to sell.

"The winters are very bad on him," she told 24 Hour News 8. "We were going to move to Florida, if we sell."

Home sales tough in West Michigan

I know how these people feel. I owe to much on my home to really
sell it right now. I would however like to be able to and the market
just wouldn't let it happen anyway.

This is a sad situation. With the economy being what it is right now not many people can afford to purchase a home, not only in Michigan but all across the United States. Gas prices are too high, mortgage rates are too high and so on and so on. Most people just cannot take on the extra bills each month, I know I could not.
