Here is a new concept for ya. The government is flipping houses.
I guess in portions of Miami-Dade county Florida the government has been "flipping houses" using funds from the 2008 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development grant. This program is called the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

The NSP targets areas particularly damaged by foreclosures. Miami-Dade's foreclosure rate is 8.8 percent, with about 4,000 new foreclosure filings each month.

Holy Cow! A program that is actually working! Hooray!
Hey I am glad for those who can take advantage of this. They said this is not only helping people to get homes but it is boosting the housing market as well. Not a bad idea.
