If you are in to buying up foreclosures and selling them for a profit I just about some cities that have foreclosures in abundance. It's sad when you think about the people who lost their homes but whats done is done. they are up for grabs.

Spartanburg, South Carolina. It's located in the northern portion of the state. One in sixty homes have been foreclosed on.

Albuquerque, New Mexico. It's one of the fastest growing metros in the United States. One in forty-six homes have been foreclosed on.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ahhh, thats where I wanna be! If your looking for a vacation home... now is the time. They have a foreclosure rate of 2.25%.

Savannah, Georgia. The economis recovery has been slow here. One in forty homes have been foreclosed on.

Charlotte, North Carolina. Man the Carolina's have been hit hard! They have seen one in fifty homes foreclosed on.

Each of these cities have seen a ton of foreclosures. if you can buy now and hold on to the home for a while you can most likely make a pretty nice profit in the future.

It seems that its worse in some areas but is bad everywhere. I see people moving around here all the time. Most of these people are headed south. I just can't figure out why.

I mean if things are that bad in the southern states how are these people going to make it. I know most are moving to find work but isn't that what happened to cause so many foreclosures down south to begin with?
