My husband is still in Iraq and still finding deals locally. He gets on the internet and finds them then when we talk he shares them with me.

His latest find is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home for five thousand dollars. I mean can you get any cheaper than that.

I will be looking into this one and hopefully I can grab it up before someone else gets it.

My point here is that there are still alot of great deals to be had and money to be made. Keep looking and you too will find something you can afford.

People are tired of keeping up the homes they don't live in and many properties are still hitting foreclosure so it is still possible to flip even in this horrible economy.

I have been out looking lately and I have found some pretty good deals around myself.

There is a three bedroom with two bathrooms on an acre of land and it is going for eighty thousand dollars.Not a bad deal considering the fact that it is within five minutes of the beach.
