I have seen and heard just about everything. I was looking at properties and searching ads.

I ran into an advertisement for a houseflipping assistance program. It has all the bells and whistles. Your capitol or credit never an issue. Very low start up cost. Use our money keep 100% of the profits.

Seems to good to be true to me. If I want to buy properties the first thing I am not going to do is have someone else's hands in the pot. I want to buy it,fix it and sell it.

I may however need advice and that I can get here and from a lawyer if necessary. I am just saying that it is buyer beware when it comes to advertisements like these.

I personally don't want to loose money to a con artist. I do however intend to make some. Be careful when you are dealing with the unknown. Get legal advice before you enter into any kind of agreement.

I hate to knock it having never tried it but I guess I am just pessimistic that way. I don't believe it.

How are they making their money if you get to keep 100% of the profits? That right there is a fishy enough statement for me not to believe it.

If it seems to good to be true then it probably is. What's their number? I'd love to call them and see what they are up to.
