Default Did You Do Well Flipping Houses in 2010?

It's so hard to believe that we are already almost two and a half months into the new year. Time sure does fly by. I got to wondering how everyone did with flipping houses in 2010?

I did not have any house flips. We have been lucky to keep our own house up over the past year. The economy has sucked for sure! My husband has had only a little work here and there and my paychecks aren't anything to write home about. Thats just a sign of the times. It stinks but I think it will get better.

Ya know, I'd like to be the person who gets to come in and do the decorating after all of the hard work is done lol! That sounds right up my alley!

So did any of you have any successful house flips in 2010? If so, tell us about them!

I did 7 last year and did very well on them. Broke 6 figures. Flipping is alive and very well here in Ky. I will close on another one tomorrow, I thought I would close today, but my attorney was out of town. I should have the drywall finished tomorrow and have it ready to paint Monday.

Hey there RealEstateHound, its great to hear that you did so well last year with your flipping and we here at New House Flip are hoping that you have an even better year in 2011.

So you are closing on another one eh? Great to hear.

You said you were getting ready to paint? Are you painting every room in the house or just one or two? And how long do you think that will take to accomplish. And when the painting is done, will the house be completely finished?

Seven houses in one year!!!! Thats awesome! Great job.

House flipping is very much alive. People just need to learn all sides of the business before they try it.

I am so glad to learn of your success! it will help the doubters believe!
