Comments About House Flipping

I read some comments about house flipping just a few minutes ago and I had to share a few of them with you all. I am sure you all will enjoy picking these comments apart!!!

Flipping is illegal. Many lenders will not lend to a buyer who is buying a home that the person who bought a home just to fix up and sell. A flipper must keep a home for 6 months. This shows seasoning. It is said that flippers have caused homes to spike in prices during the last 5 years.

Okay, I'm not even commenting on that one.

Try watching PROPERTY LADDER and FLIP THIS HOUSE before you think about doing it.

As if the property flipping shows give you a good idea of how it's done.... NOT!!!! Don't get me wrong, I love those shows but I also know that flipping isn't nearly as easy as they make it seem.
