Default Buying the farm.

I just found out that the land that I have always wanted is finally up for sale.

When I called him back to get some information I was however disappointed.

It seems that mom wants to sell the entire thing. She has many farmers who want to buy the land but she wants to sell the house and all.

In total its a hundred acres. I need to get this and I am not sure how we are going to pull it off.

All I wanted was the nine acres that butts up to my property. The husband however has bigger plans.

Wish me luck. I don't care what happens as long as I get that chunk of property behind me.

Wish you the best of luck! I hope that you get it and that your hubbies plans pay off to make things much easier on you!

It is always nice having extra property to expand or put in a pool or what ever else a person or family might want.

I know I wish I had plenty of room to do the things that I want, but that isn't how it worked out for me.

Though I do wish that you get what you want and it all works out for you both!!

I remember seeing in here somewhere where you said your daughter was having trouble with where she lives and her landlord wont fix things the way he should.

Well, if you bought the whole farm, it would add more value to your property because of the fact that there would be much more land to go with your property.

Plus, you could rent the farm to your daughter and her family for a little less than what she is paying now for a place the landlord wont fix up and use the money from the rental to help pay the mortgage on the new farm.

Also, since many banks have changed their policies, it would also possibly make it easier to get a loan also.
