Default Billion Dollar Home.

This is neat. I wish I had that kind of money.
Well ok maybe just enough to go see this one.
I can't imagine the time that was put into making
this one as unique as it is.

Quote:
Like many families with the means to do so, the Ambanis wanted to build a custom home. They consulted with architecture firms Perkins + Will and Hirsch Bedner Associates, the designers behind the Mandarin Oriental, based in Dallas and Los Angeles, respectively. Plans were then drawn up for what will be the world's largest and most expensive home: a 27-story skyscraper in downtown Mumbai with a cost nearing $2 billion, says Thomas Johnson, director of marketing at Hirsch Bedner Associates. The architects and designers are creating as they go, altering floor plans, design elements and concepts as the building is constructed.

Default Billion Dollar Home.

I could not even imagine having a home such as this! It sure would be a sight to see. I would settle for just one floor, Lol. What in the world are they going to do with all of that space. I think I would feel quite lonely there. I am sure I wouldn't like to see the utility bills for that home but I guess they can afford them.

That's a great looking home for that kind of money

but i would just settle for keeping the one i have with the

market and the price of gas and food and the utilities

any one having a home in the range of 45 thousand or more

thinks they already have to be a billionaire just to keep that one going

and living comfortably

I'm sorry but that is just about the ugliest house I have ever saw. If I were to spend 2 billion on a home it would look elegant and classy or the largest log cabin built in the world. That thing is just werid looking.

I agree with you thohome, plus the way it is built would scare me in a wind storm. But I am all for the big log cabin out in the woods somewhere with lots of land and trees around. Thats what I would do if I had the money to do it with.

I would really enjoy the privacy, with no neighbors and could let my dogs run free. Thats the ultimate in living in my book.
