Default Best Place to Live

When choosing a home to buy and flip or even a place for you to live there are certain questions you should ask yourself before you settle on a house. You need to think about what other people will be looking for as far as location of the property goes.

Question number 1...

How close is the property to the city? Right now a lot of people are looking to move closer to their work in the cities. With gas prices going up and down and always back up, they are looking to save on their commutes.

Question number 2...

What kind of schools are in the area? Parents want the best for their kids and the school district can be a deciding factor on whether they make an offer on the house or not.

Question number 3...

Are their strict limits on new construction? Zoning regulations in some places are very strict. This can be a big turn off for buyers.

Question number 4...

Are there things to do as far as entertainment? Most people want to be able to go to the movie theater or play golf without driving 50 miles away.

Question number 5...

What do the surrounding homes look like? People prefer to live next to homes that are well taken care of, including the lawn.

I hope this checklist can help you decide where to do your next flip.

Default Re: Best Place to Live

I was just reading an article about how there are still lots of communities thriving with good schools and other great things to offer. Here is some of what I read.

One of the best places to live right now is in Louisville, CO. They have some of the best school and they have industries thriving right now. They also have lots of trails, skiing and other ammenities to enjoy. They have one of the lowest unemployment rates.

Papillion, NE is another highly ranked great place to live. They also have a very low unemployment rate and a low crime rate as well. Parents who live there say they are basically unafraid to allow their children to ride their bikes and so on. It is a pretty safe place to live.

Middleton, WI is also on the list. Their unemployment rate is only 5.9% and they have lots of restaurants and retailers to offer. They also have great schools.

These are some of the things you will want to consider when choosing a house to flip.
