I would say that if you just planned on renting it out then go for it. They seem to rent out quite easily. They do wear down much quicker than houses it seems though so you definitely will have some upkeep. If you are looking to flip then go with a house. Just my opinion.

The fact is that a mobile home is like a car when a house is like a truck.

The mobile home falls apart a lot easier than a house would,the wood used to put them together is not as thick as the ones used to build a house with.

I would be very careful when trying to flip a mobile home,do not mess with it unless it is in perfect condition almost.Repairs can get rather costly if you are not carful.
