Default Apartment rental costs are all over the map

To me in my opinion the market might have had people scared of buying but the market for renting seems to have improved for other property owners

Default Apartment rental costs are all over the map

In our state or at least my county you can rent a trailer or house for
$400 to $800 dollars. I guess it just depends on the landlord. There
does seem to be alot more places available than before. Do you suppose
its because people are looking for some extra income?
