Apartment rental costs are all over the map

To me in my opinion the market might have had people scared of buying but the market for renting seems to have improved for other property owners

A curious thing happened during 2007 while the mortgage market was imploding: Median apartment rental prices in major cities shifted dramatically, dropping by up to nine percent in some markets — Phoenix — and rising as much as 14.6 percent in others — San Francisco — according to data released from Newton, Mass.-based Investment Instruments Corporation.

In our state or at least my county you can rent a trailer or house for
$400 to $800 dollars. I guess it just depends on the landlord. There
does seem to be alot more places available than before. Do you suppose
its because people are looking for some extra income?
