Default Anyone Have any House Flipping Projects?

It's been a little while since I've heard anyone talk about any current house flipping projects going on. I was wondering what everyone has been up to. Anyone have anything in the works?

I don't have anything going on. Not to sell or at home really. We have been so busy with work and the kids we haven't had time to really think about anything beyond buying paint lol. We have discussed what needs to be painted but we have yet to actually go out and buy some!

There are lots of things that I'd like to do but for one, like I said we have been really busy and two, it has rained almost everyday this month where I live! Not great painting weather thats for sure. Even for inside painting. It's better to paint when the air is dry.

Summer will be here soon and hopefully some dry weather too. Then maybe we will get something done!

Default Re: Anyone Have any House Flipping Projects?

We have a new garage door to go up as soon as it quits raining and the weather warms up a tad bit. Thats our only project for this spring, but later this summer we are planning on having a new furnace installed and new duct work etc put in.

At some point this fall we will be putting new carpeting in 2 of our bedrooms. That will be it for the bigger projects for this year.

Tonite, one of our sons and son in laws leveled up our hot tub, filled it and its up and running and we will be able to enjoy that later this weekend once the water comes up to temperature and that will be awesome.
