Default Angie's List??

I was wondering if anyone here who flips houses has ever used anything like Angie's list to help get work done that needed to be done?

I have never used the sight but I imagine that it would be very useful in getting what you want and getting it done right.

There are a lot of people out there who seem to be just out to rip some people off as much as possible, then again there are slso a whole lot of people who take pride in their work and get a bad wrap because of those theiving morons.

I am surprised that something like Angie's list wasnt started a long time ago. It is a great idea. You know who you can trust, does great work, cost estimates, and more. I might start using this when I need things done.

Default Re: Angie's List??

Angie's List provides ratings on over 500 categories of services, including just about anything related to home improvement. Companies cannot pay to be on Angie's List; instead, they are rated by actual users. This information would be useful for anyone who flips houses, because you can learn about a potential contractor before you hire them.

Here's the link in case anyone needs it: www.angieslist.com.

I used it once and got ripped off with a glass repair, in any case I find it expensive for subscribers. They should finance some other way.
