These Staging Shows

One thing I have noticed about these shows and I am sure you all have also noticed it if you watch them is that they make it sound as though the process they go through to stage any home is what actually sells the house.

Now I know staging is important, but come on during the process of staging they also talk the home owners to lower the prices drastically and that is a huge selling point in my opinion.

I mean if a house wasn't in the best contition or at least wasn't staged perfectly and the price was lowered by thousands of dollars wouldn't it be more appealing to anyone looking to buy??

I just dislike how the staging shows I have seen make it sound as though the house sold only because of what they did and the price reduction had nothing at all to do with it.
