Default Sensible Chic

Have any of you watched the TV show on HGTV called Sensible Chic?

I watched it and it was a pretty cool show. The show has a high end design on a budget.

I saw a show where they seen a picture of a room that cost the owner $80k to make. On the show they copied the room for $2k.
T
he difference in the before and after was phenomenal. I couldn't believe how nice the room looked when they were done.

They took a glass plain vase and put tape around it then they painted it with spray paint. It looked like they paid a fortune for it when it was done.

The show uses smart shopping and hand on projects to keep the price of the designing way, way down. And it did not look cheesy.

They used a lot of tans and browns to make the room look very rich.

I love to watch that show. I get a lot of ideas from it. It is amazing to see what you can do with so little. Peolple are nuts to pay so much to do something when it can be done so so much less.
