Real estate shows and Buyers

House Hunters International, Property Virgins and more are shows about real estate that I have seen. Though one thing that always amazes me about these shows are how people will turn down buying a beautiful home because one room in the house has a paint color they dislike.

It always seems to be something simple like this that makes buyers look elsewhere for a home. To me this is just crazy. Are these people that dumb that they can't manage to paint a room????

Now when it comes to the show House Hunters International, I have seen people buy homes that are in such horrible shape that it is unreal but yet they pay mega bucks for these places.

Some of these people who are on these shows are seriously out there mentally. There have even been a few times I really wished I was able to reach through the TV screen and just slap them upside their heads!!!
