This is a show that can be seen on HGTV that I think is pretty dag gone cool.

This is a show that takes people out to see the competition out there. The people decide they want to sell their home and they get to go on a tour of other homes for sale in their same area and price range. That way they know if the asking price is around the same price.

Then they see which home sells first. In the real estate market today, it is much different then it was in the past. Homes are not selling for top dollar anymore.
