Have any of you ever watched this show?? To be honest I am shocked every time that I do.

These people who are looking to buy real estate in other countries are willing to pay some extremely high prices for homes that will cost almost as much to fix up that they spent on the house itself.

This just shocks me that people want to do this kind of stuff. I have seen them spend a million or more on a home which has no kitchen, bathroom, walls falling apart, steps crumbling and so on.

To me this is crazy but then again it is their money to spend. Personally I could find many other more important things to spend money on than a pile of rubble in another country.

Ok some of the places aren't falling apart, but there sure are many that are. Some are beautiful with beautiful views, but still in my opinion they aren't worth what people pay for them.
