Default For Rent
This is a new show in which Jodi Gilmore shows renters how to make their new rental more homey feeling and do it without doing any damage to the property so that you still get your deposit back.

Jodi also show you how to conduct a search for a rental, negotiate a lease, what to look for in a rental, and what to avoid.

Jodis many ideas dont take long to accomplish and they dont cost very much to do. This show airs on Mondays at 10:30 pm

I will have to watch this one. I hate my landlord though..lol Hard to get him to fix or agree to anything.
