Default Another Holmes on Homes

Just yesterday I was watching Holmes on homes as he repaired a leaky basement for a woman and her two children.

I have to say that his work was impressive, however what really impressed me about this man was the fact that while introducing himself to the home owner he also introduced himself to the kids as well.

I found that to be really impressive because most people would have pretty much ignored the kids. However Holmes really treated them as though they were important as well, and I liked that a whole lot.

I love watching his shows because he really gets to the bottem of construction problems and then takes the time to fix things and fix them the way that they should have been done in the first place.

I wish that more contractors would work as Holmes does, then there would not be a problem with leaky walls, plumbing problems and so on, but I guess if everyone did their work and did it well, we wouldn't have great shows to watch like Holmes on homes.

Mike Holmes always leaves things better than he found them--and that goes for relationships, things that were "off menu", and the home issues he tackles day after day. I am most impressed with how knowledgeable he is, especially how he considers the layout and design of a space when he fixes a problem. It's inspiring. I wish I could clone him and have him on speed dial!

I think that if cloning were possible I do believe that just about everyone would have a clone of Mike Holmes.

I know I sure wouldn't mind having him around to take care of all the things that need to be fixed and things that will need to be fixed in the future.

Mike Holmes is just a great guy and very impressive with everything that he does.

The things that he says about the poor work that other contractors have done previously, makes me wonder what they think and say when they realize that he is speaking about the work that the other person had done.

I bet they tend to get a little hot under the collar over that kind of stuff, but there is no denying that Mike Holmes knows what he is talking about and maybe other contractors will learn from all of this and start doing better work!

Now that would be something nice.

I love to watch his show. He gets so fired up when he sees the shady work that someone else has done and charged the customer an arm and a leg for. He really does seem to care about the people that he is working for and he never does anything half-assed. It's rare to find anyone like that these days. I love watching the show and seeing what all he is capable of.
