2.5 million home

This was unreal to me. I have gotten into this show House Hunters International, and I am completely surprised what people are willing to pay for what they are planning to use only as a vacation home.

The last one I watched a couple with their 3 children were looking for a vacation home. I was dumb and forgot exactly where they were looking to take their vacations at, but it was an island paradise. It truely was beautiful, but this couple paid 2.5 million dollars for a home there which had 6 bedrooms, 3 swimming pools, 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 1 family room, 1 play room, tennis court and more.

It just seems that this was a waste of so much money when the home is only going to be used once or twice per year and then only for around a week or two at a time.

Personally I know that if I had that kind of money to spend, I could find better uses for it than to purchase a home that is only going to get little use per year.
