Default Read Carefully

Before you sign anything at all, make sure that you read it all very carefully. Also if you find something in what your reading you dislike or disagree with then you need to discuss this and see if it would be possible to make changes or not. If not then maybe you need to check out other people or places.

Checking other is always a good idea anyway to ensure that you will be able to get exactly what your wanting.

Though reading everything carefully can be quite a pain in the rear, it is something that must be done or else you could end up getting yourself in over your head with stuff that could cause you alot of trouble.

I have seen this happen with alot of people and they have of course regretted their decision to sign with out reading. I have always wanted to know every single detail of something before I simply signed my name so I havent had the displeasure of dealing with anything like this.

Yes and always read the very fine print!! There is always things hidden in there, that you will not know about until it is to late.

Never sign anything until you understand everything on the papers.

You know thats been the one thing that I've heard people say the most after they lost their home. That they wish they had read and understood what they were signing up for better. Many of them say they would never have signed if they really understood the contract completely. It's a really sad thing.

If you do not uderstand something get someone that knows to read it and explain to you before you ever put your John Handcock on anything!!

This is why so many get upset when something comes up and they did not understand what they were signing.

Thank you everyone, I should have pointed that fact out better. It is usally quite easy to read something, but understanding it is something completely different.

If there is something in a contract that you do not understand you can easily look it up online or even contact a lawyer to find out exactly what it all means.

There is never a reason that you shouldnt understand something that your signing. There are many ways to find out the answers if your willing to take the time.

So the bottem line is to read carefully and be sure that you understand it all very clearly. If not continue to ask or seek out answers.

If people took the time to understand everything they could before signing something, then there wouldnt be so many surprised people later on down the road.

I swear they purposely write up the contracts to be confusing so that they can trick people! I mean have you ever really read a contract and understood it from top to bottom. Not likely unless you've been to law school! It's ridiculous how they word things.

That is the truth. Contracts are written to be confusing so that the companies who write the contracts are able to force or I should say trick people into things they dont want or really agree to. Though because its not very often that a person can understand everything, these contracts allow companies to say that people agreed to things because it was in the contract even if it is hidden under a ton of fancy words or cryptic writings.
