Default Legal Claims for Toxic Mold

We have talked alot about how to remove mold from your home. But we have not covered the Legal aspects of suing do to health problems with Toxic Mold.
Who is legally responcible for these injuries.

If you or a family member have become sick from mold growing in your home I would suggest you contact a lawyer to see if you have a claim. Toxic mold is just that toxic causing all kinds of unforseen heath problems.
