Default Legal advise.

Is it always necessary to seek legal advise when you are simply signing a lease or loan agreement. My personal opinion, yes.

If you want to make sure that your protected and not being taken advantage of you want to seek legal advice before you sign any legally binding document.

Most contracts look simple enough but the language used in them can be tricky. I myself look for advice to make sure that if I choose to break my lease or need to sublease because I need to relocate that I can do so.

If you are buying a home under a land contract you really need to seek legal advice to insure you are getting exactly what you think you are. You also need to make sure there aren't any balloon payments or unwanted clauses.

My best advice is get legal advice now so that later you don't have to pay large fees for a defense lawyer. Help now is much better and can save you tons in the end.
