Default Re: Landlords and Tenants

Your right most often it does seem to be Landlords Vs. Tenants. Though that isn't always the case.

I once had a landlord who was extremely quick to fix anything that went wrong with my rental unit.

I remember that one time something happened to my refrigerator, it wasn't getting cold and there was a funny smell in it. All the food in it was just purchased so I know it wasn't any of that.

I called the landlord that night when I got home from work and with in an hour someone was there. I guess some kind of line in it broke and had released something into the fridge.

All the food was contaminated and the guy that came to fix it asked me how much the groceries cost me and I gave him the reciept and the landlord told him come pick up a new fridge for me and they also gave him cash money to give to me to go and replace all the groceries I had just lost.

Now that was amazing if you ask me. Not many landlords would be willing to go that far to keep their tenants happy. I loved renting there and wish I still had that place!!
