Default Keep It Legal

I have heard and seen alot of people having troubles with their landlords. I mean things like getting things repaired that are in need of it, getting letters and phone calls from the landlord reguarding things that have nothing to do with the property and so on.

I have had a couple of friends of mine who have gone through these kinds of messes and some even worse. Though before heading off the deep end and going about things the wrong way its better to consult an attorney and get legal advice reguarding what you can do.

Its better to use the law to your advantage rather than attempting to take matters into your own hands, and of course laws vary from state to state which is why its better to seek legal advice.

Some landlords seem to get onto some kind of weird power trip when they begin renting out properties and this is never a good thing to deal with.

Dont get me wrong not all landlords are this way, in fact never in my life have I ever rented a house, apartment or mobile home that I had a landlord who was anywhere near like some I have heard about. Most landlords are great and are willing to work with you to make you feel more at home.
