Default Do I need Title Insurance

If you are like me you probably have never heard of Title Insurance but you may need it. Human error accures more often than not an Titles sometimes get lost in the process. Think about losing your home to someone who has a legal claim on it that was looked over in the title search process.

This payment is done once and the title insurance last for ever. It can be split between the buyer and seller. I think that it is the best insurance coverage you can buy.

I agree 1 million percent. Whenever you buy or sell a house it is a MUST to have a title search and title insurance. Good article.
