Characteristics of real estate and what they mean.

Durability of investment- Land is indestructible and therefore a long term investment.

Scarcity- Land is fixed as to physical supply.

Indestructibility- Simply means that land itself cannot be destroyed.

Real property law- means that real estate has its own laws.
