Any Advice??

Our dear friend is extremely happy to finally be making house payments rather than making monthy rent payments.

She was so excited after leaving that bank that this past weekend she held a party at HER HOME, to celebrate.

It was a blast, everyone had fun, though most of the fun was watching the kids play around and goof off.

She is even thinking of slightly increasing the amount which she pays monthly for the house, so that in a shorter amount of time the house will be hers.

I dont know if this is a good idea or not, does anyone have any advice on this one???
