Default Working Together

After watching tv shows and online videos of people flipping houses, one thing that I have noticed is that many times when there have been mistakes made it is at times because there is no communication between everyone.

If people are not communicating with one another huge mistakes can easily be made and when flipping houses this can mean more money being spent when it shouldn't be.

I have watched some of these people just doing what ever they see, when someone has already taken steps to get things needed to do what ever it is. This means that two people are attempting to do the same project without knowing it and that means wasted money.

I would have to say to anyone wanting to get into flipping houses or those already doing it, make sure that you keep the lines of communication open so that this kind of stuff doesn't happen to you.

Default Re: Working Together

I think that to make the flipping more intersting they show bits and

peices of what is going on. it takes much longer to do remoldeling

then jsut a hour but we all know that, so they show the most mistakes to

make the show more intersting . But i agree with you that communication

is the key to any one working together to do any kind of job no matter

what it is they are doing
