Default Think ahead.

If you plan on becoming a house flipper you should really think ahead. This isn't something that absolutely everyone can do.

It takes planning. It also takes money to make things happen. If you don't have at least a small bankroll to start with your profits will probably be minimal.

Consider all factors before you jump into the game. Do you have a good credit rating? How will mistakes made here affect your credit rating?

Do you have everything that you need to begin. Talk to others who have been doing this for a while they will have good advice for you and can let you in on some of the ups and downs.

There are quite a few people here at New house flip that have been in the game for a while they know what they are doing and love to share their best advice.

It takes someone with a business mind and finances, and knowing someone that can do the work that needs to be done for a reasonable price, so you do not go in the hole. I love to read and see houses that have been flipped. If you are thinking of starting to flip ask Jared first. He is one of the experts in here.

Very, Very good tips! Thanks for those.

I think alot of people watch the house flipping shows, where everything looks so easy, and they think they can just jump right into it. Thats not wise at all. It takes a lot of knowlege and hard work to flip a house. Not to mention money!
