Default The Importance of Home Inspections

I cannot even begin to stress enough the importance of having a home inspection completed on any house before you agree to buy the home. I do not care if the house is old or new, renovated or dated, whatever. You have to have an inspection completed by a licensed professional before you sign a contract agreeing to anything.

The purpose of a home inspection is to find out what problems the house has if any. The house could have a damaged roof, foundation, faulty wiring and so on. Those are major things and thats just a few. There are so many things that could be wrong and that could potentially cost you a ton of money. You could end up making no profit at all or even worse, ending up in the hole over the property.

Having a home inspection done has to be at the top of your list of to do's!!! It is essential to any successful house flip.

Default Re: The Importance of Home Inspections

I do agree with the importance of home inspections.

Another reason besides the ones you listed is because the sellers may not always let you know of potential problems for fear that the house wont sell so having an inspection by a licensed inspector will point out any and all problems that you may not see when looking at the home you want to buy.

Theres nothing worse that buying a home and then finding a multitude of problems that is going to cost you a small fortune to have corrected.
