Default Six Mistakes Beginers make

1.Impatience,do not get impatient when looking for a property. look around first, look hard never buy a house just because you're tired of looking. Getting lazy could cost you alot.

2.Lack of Knowledge, make sure you know your target area, your local economy, and everything else about the area you're concentrating on.

3.Emotional Buying, do not let yourself to fall in love with an investment property.

4.Failure to Negotiate Effectively, you will have a higher success if you show real concern and compassion for the seller's situation when negotiating to buy a home.

5.Underestimating costs, there are many costs involved in every real estate transaction, and you'll need to estimate them as closely as possible before you begin negotiating a price with a seller.

6.Taking too Long to Flip a Property, shop for your fix-up materials long before the transaction has closed, no need to buy them but to just know where you will be going to buy them, also a cost.

Default Re: Six Mistakes Beginers make

When renovating,do one complete room at the time, listing everything needed to be done and doing them one at the time. The reason for this is so you see that you are getting things done.Marking them off your list when accomplished will help to keep you going. It will keep it from overwhelming you and making you think that you will never complete your prodject.

Most people get frustrated and give up on thier chores before they have completed them. They tear everything down and get hopless on putting them back together.Get it done as quickly and cost effective as possible, but don't try to do too much at one time so you can see that you are making progress the entire time.
