Default Pest inspections.

I once rented a home that had alot of termite damage. It was so bad that the floor had to be torn up to be replaced. It was a disaster. There were beams that were falling apart.

Long story short pest inspections are a must when making any home purchase. It can save you from big hassles later. Getting one done and then having the problem treated can save the homes resale value.

A savvy buyer will know to look for this and may even have his own inspection done. You will then have proof that you had it inspected and treated.

It is also a good idea for anyone looking to purchase a home to know the signs and how to look for termite damage for themselves.
Anyone buying a home does a walk through of the home itself, and with just a bit of knowledge of what to look for they themselves can also inspect the home if there has not been a professional inspection done.
Knowing what exactly to look for is easily researched online.

Termites can do a lot of damage in just a short period of time. It's important to check for any type of infestations before buying. No one wants to spend money on a house that's going to fall apart because of insect damage.

One sign of termites is a white looking clay type nest in your basement, walk around the basement looking at the ceiling and in the corners where the ceiling and walls join, if you see any little white or grey looking balls or something in that type of shape and it looks like clay, then you have termintes.
