Default how to ensure a good house flip

Ok we all know that it is quite easy to get in over your head when your attempting to flip a house, especially if it is the first time you are attempting this.

Though there has to be some ways to ensure that your house flipping project becomes a success in the end, even for first timers.
I mean is there some kind of guide or something that you can use to help you plan a sucessful flip?

I know there is alot of research and planning you have to do when you are planning on flipping a house, but I mean is there some way that you can really make sure that your flip is going to come out great in the end?

Of course there are always chances of failure, but anything that can help keep that from happing would be a good thing.

I'm sure there are guides out there but they will probably cost you a TON. Gurus sell their products everyday for thousands of dollars. I never paid big money but if anybody would like my assistance walking you through a flip I will only charge $15,000 and we have to split the profit.

I'm kidding.

If anybody ever did need help with a flip I would be more than happy to advise.
