Default House Flipping Don'ts

Lots of things can go right or wrong when flipping houses so here are a few wrongs to avoid!

Don't do too much. Take a look around the neighborhood and make your house comparable to the others. Doing too much will only eat away your profits because the house is only going to sell for something comparable in the neighborhood.

Don't only focus on the inside of the home. Make sure that the outside is clean and tidy as well. Curb appeal is very important.

Set goals to be met daily and hold yourself accountable. The quicker the work gets done the quicker the sale.

Set a budget and stick to it. Too many people mess this one up. They blow the budget and sometimes end up with no profit at all.

My best advice is to do a lot of research before you take that first step into house flipping.
