A very common mistake when flipping a house is that alot of people don't know how to tell if there are major problems like rotted floor joist,cracked foundations,termites,etc.

You really need a person that you trust to go in and inspect the home inside and out,even under the house.You can fix superficial problems pretty cheap,you know cosmetic fixes.If you have any of the problems that I have just listed,well the cost of repairing these are pretty expensive.Time and money wise,they will cost you a good bit.

Be very carefulmbecause if you don't check things out really good you can loose out on your investment.
