Default Chamber of Commerce

I think it is important to check out the school district when buying a house to flip.
Also, check out the city's Chamber of Commerce site.

If you go to the Chamber of Commerce site of the city they have a lot of different information that might help you make your decision on buying the house if you are on the fence.

The Chamber of Commerce has information such as, population, park systems, businesses, libraries, and a visitor's guide.

It also shows any entertainment, restaurants, transportation, hotels, and just about anything you would want to know about a city.

I never thought about using the Chamber of Commerce as a source of information but you are right, they list just about everything you would want to know. Thanks for the advise.
