From all the house flipping shows I have watched I have learned a couple of things about flipping a house.

First of all, you really need to be involved in every step of the way. Even if you don’t know much about a certain topic, if you have a contractor, make sure you let them know exactly what you want and how you want it done.

If I was flipping a house, I would want to be there when ever someone else is there. I noticed a lot of the times, they seem to put too much faith in other people’s work. I don’t know, I just would want to be there. It is my investment.

Some of those shows, it seems they always take off to go to work, or go some place else. If I had to work and I was flipping a house, I would want one of friends or family member to be there just to keep an eye on everyone.
