A Common Flipping Error Made?

There are many things that can go wrong when it come to flipping a house. Though I am really curious to know what is the one mistake that to many people make every year house flipping?

I don't think I would ever really get into house flipping because there are just to many mistakes that can be made that can cost a lot of money. That alone scares the hell out of me, I would rather hold onto my money at least for now.

Money is hard enough to come by these days so getting into something that can ruin ya is just to frightening to me. You all who successfully flip houses, Kudos to you!! Your amazing!!

So back to the orginal question, what would you say is the usual mistakes that house flippers make that they shouldn't??
